Who is responsible?
UX sthlm AB is responsible for personal information handled through getbluey.app and enquiries sent to us. Contact hello@getbluey.app with privacy questions or requests.
What information do we handle?
When you browse
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. We have no advertising trackers, visitor-analytics scripts, accounts or contact forms. Fonts and artwork are served with the site. The application does not set cookies or use browser storage.
Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser details and access times, to deliver and protect the website. We do not enable application request logging. Our legal basis for necessary delivery and security processing is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website.
Choosing a language
Cloudflare provides a country code based on your connection’s IP address. We use it to select Swedish for visitors connecting from Sweden and English otherwise. The website does not store your IP address for this purpose or send it to a separate location service. You can override the selection using the language links or the locale URL parameter. Your choice stays in the URL, without a cookie.
When you get in touch
Contact links open your email service. If you send an email, we receive your address, your name if included, your message and any attachments. We use this information to respond and manage the conversation, based on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. If you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, that request may provide the legal basis instead.
We do not automatically add you to a marketing list. Please keep initial enquiries general and avoid sending sensitive information or identifiable community messages.
Who receives information?
People at UX sthlm AB handling your enquiry, Cloudflare as our website host and email-forwarding provider, and the email services involved in delivering and storing correspondence may process information for these purposes. We do not sell personal information.
Cloudflare operates internationally, so technical information may be processed outside the EEA. Its contractual data-protection terms describe the safeguards for relevant transfers, including standard contractual clauses. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and data processing addendum. You can contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
How long is information kept?
Enquiry retention depends on the purpose of the conversation: the time needed to answer, complete agreed follow-up and handle any resulting relationship or applicable legal obligations. Information should be deleted when it is no longer needed for those purposes. You can ask us to delete an enquiry or explain why particular information is still required. Cloudflare’s operational information is handled under its service terms and privacy policy.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to processing, or request data portability. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Some rights depend on the purpose and legal basis of the processing.
Email hello@getbluey.app to make a request. We may need information to verify your identity. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY, or your local supervisory authority.
The marketing website does not make automated decisions about you.
What about the Bluey Discord bot?
This notice covers the website and enquiries. Bluey’s moderation workflow needs a separate service-specific notice covering community content, assessments and moderator feedback. Ask us for the applicable notice when discussing setup.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page and its date when the website’s information handling changes. Questions are welcome at hello@getbluey.app.
